Bisa digunakan pada mengontorol temperature heater, kecepatan fan/bor tangan/gurinda tangan, kompor listrik, elektrik heater, solder, dan perangkat arus AC lainnya.
Karena daya maksimum pada DIMMER sebesar 4000 Watt, maka Dimmer dapat mengatur arus sebesar 18.18 Ampere (4000 Watt / 220 Volt = 18.18 Ampere) sehingga DIMMER ini bisa dipakai lebih dari 1 perangkat elektronik arus AC.
Dimmer ini memiliki casing aluminium, sehingga agan bisa terhindar dari resiko kerusakan komponen dan tersengat listrik.
Ketika arah potensio tidak mengarah ke tombol OFF (di luar dari OFF), dalam arti masih bertegangan, DIMMER akan mengeluarkan tegangan antara 10 Volt sampai 220 Volt.
