Jasa Cetak PCB
Menerima jasa cetak PCB FR2 (pertinax) / FR4 (double) single / double layer. Silahkan ke web kalkulator biaya cetak pcb di http://cetakpcb.indomaker.com. Mohon diisi sesuai dengan data sebenarnya di web tersebut agar kami bisa melayani dengan cepat dan sesuai pesanan. Silahkan siapkan file desain PCB Anda dalam format Gerber atau PDF). Untuk file PDF juga bisa dikerjakan namun ada biaya tambahan, karena tidak ada file drilling-nya (kami perlu meng-convert file pdf tersebut ke file drill menggunakan software berbayar)
Target pengerjaan: 1 hari kerja (minggu/tgl merah tidak termasuk) untuk pcb non masking/silkscreen, 3 hari kerja untuk pcb dengan masking/silkscreen, 4 hari kerja untuk pcb double layer (jumlah pesanan di bawah 3 pcs). Jika lebih dari 3 pcs, menyesuaikan beban kerja.
Ketentuan Desain PCB
- Lebar jalur min 0.4 mm
- Jarak antar jalur (clearance) min 0.5 mm
- Diameter drill untuk lubang via/vias (through hole) untuk pcb double layer = 1 mm (lubang via saja, tidak untuk kaki komponen)
- Diameter drill untuk lubang via/vias (through hole) untuk pcb double layer = 1.1 mm (lubang via yang dimasuki kaki komponen)
Jika ada jalur yang short karena melanggar ketentuan di atas, maka hal tsb di luar tanggung jawab kami
Warna masking yg tersedia: hijau, biru, merah, kuning, hitam, putih. Dikerjakan dengan cat UV (ultraviolet), hasil mengkilat, tahan panas, tahan gores, tahan korosi
Kelebihan memakai jasa cetak pcb kami:
– Tidak perlu bayar cetak film, jadi sangat menghemat biaya.
– Tidak ada minimum order, pesan 1 PCB juga boleh, hanya minimal ukuran pcb adalah 10×10 cm.
– pengeboran lubang komponen menggunakan mesin CNC
– Potongan PCB rapi karena menggunakan tool khusus untuk potong pcb- jalur pcb terlindung maksimal dengan masking UV (hasilnya lebih bagus daripada dengan cat sablon biasa)
– finishing dengan tin plating
